How long will my order take to ship?
Your order may actually ship same day under these conditions:
1) we receive it by 3:30 pm EST
2) it is in stock
3) it is Monday through Friday, non holiday
If these conditions are not all there, it should still ship in 48 to 72 hours. Unless it is out-of-stock.

How many days for it to get to me?
Here are some examples if it ships same day with the conditions above:
Kansas     1 to 2 business days
Texas       2 to 3 business days
New York 2 to 3 business days
Florida      4 to 5 business days
California 5 to 6 business days

How much does shipping cost to ship?
Orders over $48.00 ship for free using UPS ground to addresses in the Contiguous US (Lower 48
states) only. $11.65 will be added at check-out to orders under $48.01.

Do you offer faster shipping?
No, at this time we are only using UPS Ground. Additional shipping methods will be available soon.

Freight Damage: If an item is damaged in transit, we will provide you with all return instructions to
send the item back, at our expense. We will refund 100% of all money's paid by you. In a freight
damage situation, you must have signed for the merchandise as damaged and you need to contact
us immediately or the total refund might be subject to change.

Where are you located?
In order to pass along the lowest prices and no taxes to our customers, our web site is established in
the state of Delaware. However, most of our products ship from the Illinois warehouse so that we can
be centrally location in the U.S. for an equally fast delivery coast to coast.

Ordering Questions

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as our preferred methods of payment.
We will also accept checks and money orders. If you are paying by personal check, your order will be
processed after your check clears. A certified check or money order will ensure immediate processing
of your order. We do not except COD orders.

Payment is required at the time of your order. Your credit card will be charged when your order is
processed.
