Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at Pool Supplies Plus More. In the event that you are not
satisfied with your purchase, you have 21 days from customer receipt to start the return process.
After that time, no returns will be accepted nor will credit be given.
First you must contact us by mail at returns@poolsuppliesplusmore.com. This is your most
important step. Failure to do so, will result in a non-refund.
Non-Defective Returns: The Return Form on the back of the packing list must be included with
every return. All non-defective returns must arrive in original packaging in resalable condition, with
all original components included, or the package will be returned to you and no refund will be
given. We will provide you with a return # and 20% restocking fee will apply to the return. The
customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees back to us.
Freight Damage, Missing Parts or Wrong Product Returns: If an item is damaged in transit,
missing parts or is the wrong product, we will provide you with all return instructions to send the
item back, at our expense. We will refund 100% of all money's paid by you. In a freight damage
situation, you must have signed for the merchandise as damaged and you need to contact us
immediately or the total refund might be subject to change.
Defective Item Returns: If the product is believed to be defective, the item will be replaced with
the same product. We will not issue a credit only for a defective item. Upon receipt and verification
of the defective item, a replacement item will be shipped. ** Any defective product returned that
upon its return is not found to be defective, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, return freight
fees, and any costs associated with sending a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items: All personalized items are non-returnable, unless damaged

We recommend you return the item via a trackable service such as parcel post with
delivery confirmation or UPS and insure it. Pool Supplies Plus More is not responsible for
lost packages. Keep a copy of any tracking numbers in case you have to contact us
regarding the return.
